Nothing Could Be Finer

Nothing Could Be Finer is a program that allows participating hospitals the opportunity to be represented at National and International job fairs across the country at a fraction of the cost to individually exhibit at each of these fairs. This program is structured to compliment the efforts of hospitals already involved in national and international recruitment and to provide a lower cost opportunity for all interested hospitals.

Staffing Services Program

In response to hospital labor shortages and the challenges of using temporary personnel to provide patient care, SCHA developed a cooperative contracting program that works with travel staffing agencies to provide both nursing and allied health professionals. The program assists hospitals with contract negotiations and has added an increased level of quality and accountability from the agencies with which we work.
